 Army Fee Assistance Transition

 The Army Fee Assistance Transition is now complete. All active families previously participating in the Army Fee Assistance Program administered under the General Services Administration (GSA) have been transferred to Child Care Aware® of America (CCAoA).

CCAoA has assumed full responsibility for the administration from the program. All families and child care providers should contact CCAoA with questions and concerns, or to update your file.

For payment and attendance sheet questions, you may contact the Payment Department at [email protected] or 1-800-793-0324. For general questions, please call 1-800-424-2246.

If you are a new family who has NEVER submitted an application to or applied for fee assistance with the GSA, you may contact Child Care Aware® of America to apply for fee assistance.

Phases 1-7 of the Army Fee Assistance Program transition are now complete. Child Care Aware® of America will assume full responsibility for new Army families and Army families receiving fee assistance through the Army Fee Assistance Program in ALL states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
