Senior Director of Client Success
As Senior Director of Client Success, Brenda is responsible to lead a cross-sectional team in building new and existing relationships to maximize client utilization and engagement at Child Care Aware® of America. Her team works to ensure success for members which translates into success for providers, children, and families across the nation.
Brenda brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in the human services sector including child welfare, child care licensing, and comprehensive community healthcare with a focus on early childhood education in Head Start, Early Head Start, state pre-K, and trauma-informed services for children ranging from infants to 5 years old. A recognized leader at local, state and national levels for best practices in early childhood education including community and family engagement, she is a past member of the governor-appointed Arkansas Early Childhood Commission and served as a field instructor for the University of Arkansas School of Social Work.
Brenda holds a bachelor of art in psychology and sociology from West Texas A&M University, a master of science in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington, and is a licensed certified social worker.
Brenda joined Child Care Aware® of America in September 2017.
